ENE Systems recently completed project involved HVAC modifications for a 2,000-square-foot office space located on the 9th floor of the Alexion building at 121 Seaport Boulevard. The scope of work included the installation of eight (8) new chilled beams to improve occupant comfort and energy efficiency. Additionally, two (2) existing chilled beams were relocated to accommodate the updated layout and ensure optimal air distribution within the renovated space. All work was performed with careful coordination to minimize disruption and maintain compliance with building standards.
