ENE Systems is currently working on a Building Management System upgrade project at Harvard Business School, focused on the 150-square-foot graduate student living spaces and dormitories. The scope of work includes a full modernization of the BMS—replacing outdated hardware, installing new software, reprogramming system logic, updating graphical user interfaces, and completely rewiring the system. A key aspect of this project is that it is being carried out while the building remains fully occupied by students, requiring careful planning and execution to minimize disruptions.
