ENE Systems recently completed two projects The Innovation and Design Building at 21/25 Drydock in Boston, MA. One of them is the Lab Conversion covering 1.4 million square feet. It’s a mixed-use space, with Ginkgo Bioworks as the main tenant. They’ve upgraded the Heating & Cooling system, installing new equipment and Schneider Electric EcoStruxure™ for building operations.
