The Simmons University – OPR Phase II Upgrade involves the modernization of 54,000 square feet of classroom and office space. As the final phase of a two-year campus-wide automatic temperature control (ATC) upgrade plan, this project replaces outdated 20-year-old controllers with modern IP-based ATC hardware. The upgrade equips Simmons University to leverage Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities and HVAC data analytics, enhancing operational efficiency and system performance. Completion of this phase marks the full implementation of the university’s strategic ATC modernization initiative.
